Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and hyper-personalization
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum AI) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with research labs and unicorn startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Drive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong network connections with DARPA, MIT Media Lab, or similar innovation ecosystems
