Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to commercialize emerging technologies within 18-month cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of global tech trends and disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 100 companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Active membership in World Economic Forum's Global Future Councils
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred for global collaboration
