Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Build relationships with venture capitalists and emerging tech startups
- Present quarterly technology trend reports to executive leadership
- Mentor junior strategists on future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future trends
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation
- Portfolio of successfully launched tech initiatives
