Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives into next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Develop implementation frameworks for pilot programs with 15+ Fortune 500 partners
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-driven ROI projections
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio and oversee vendor/partner ecosystem development
- Chair the Future Technologies Council to align cross-departmental innovation efforts
- Drive patent development for proprietary technology solutions targeting 2026 market gaps
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling enterprise-level innovations (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and patent landscapes
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
