Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between R&D, ethics committees, and commercial teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and adapt corporate strategy accordingly
- Drive innovation sprints with $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ at executive level
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent domain expertise
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Cell) or equivalent patents
- Experience with UN-level tech policy development frameworks
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $1B+ valuation
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethics and governance models
- Certified in Future Technologies Forecasting (FTF) or equivalent
