- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor landscapes and regulatory shifts impacting future tech adoption
- Build relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in tech innovation, R&D, or strategic planning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
