Responsibilities
- Design 3-5 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital transformation
- Present at Davos, CES, and IEEE conferences as company thought leader
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology convergence (2018-2023)
- Track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Certified in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
