Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year strategic implementation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into core business operations
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation technology applications
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic vision
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state technology roadmapping
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO, CFRO) highly desirable
