Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation frameworks
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team of 5-7 specialists
- Represent company at global tech conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certifications in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
