Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive organizational change management initiatives to prepare for 2026 tech paradigm shifts
- Manage technology incubation programs and R&D budget allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
