Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline effectiveness
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify promising emerging startups
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends and implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, advanced robotics, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management expertise
