- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize technology investments
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership on future tech trends
- Mentor junior technologists on strategic foresight methodologies and emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology Management with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development for Fortune 500 companies or scale-ups
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, CSF) or equivalent innovation methodology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing successful technology transformation initiatives (2020-2023)
