Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and digital transformation
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical tech disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor emerging tech patents and R&D breakthroughs for competitive advantage
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of executing multi-year tech transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and investors
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Portfolio of published thought leadership or whitepapers
