Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to future-proof product development cycles
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline health
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends (showcase 2+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Strong proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience developing patent portfolios or IP strategies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
