Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption success and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of implementing enterprise-scale technology transformations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certification in technology management or innovation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, CDIO)
- Experience developing ethical AI and responsible technology policies
- Demonstrated success in securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
