- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable outcomes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (NIST AI, ISO 20889, IEEE 2655)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Harvard Business Review, or similar
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
