Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead high-stakes innovation workshops with executive leadership and R&D teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruption scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investor committees
- Manage technology partnerships with academic institutions and global innovators
- Oversee patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2019-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling frameworks
- Portfolio of 2026+ technology strategy implementations
