Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks for R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Partner with product leadership to integrate 2026 tech vision into product roadmaps
- Present strategic technology briefings to stakeholders and executive committees
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption and innovation ROI

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, IoT, blockchain) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
