Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AGI, and biotech
- Identify emerging tech trends and translate them into competitive advantages
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Patent breakthrough innovations (minimum 12 filings annually)
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD-level researchers and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- CISSP/CISM certification required
