Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen technology trends
- Partner with C-suite to integrate technology strategy into business growth plans
- Manage R&D budget allocation for future technology incubation projects
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a dedicated Future Technology prototyping team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
