Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies including AI, quantum, and synthetic biology
- Conduct ROI analysis and risk assessment for emerging tech investments
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience in venture capital or corporate development
