Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to escalate complex issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic preventative maintenance on client devices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
