- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable commercial applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to non-technical audiences
