- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D acceleration
- Oversee technology risk assessment and ethical framework implementation for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep understanding of sustainable tech and ESG frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
