You will be at the forefront of identifying emerging technologies, analyzing market shifts, and advising executive leadership on how to prepare for the future of work and digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, GenAI) to predict their impact on the industry by 2026.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and business goals.
- Executive Advisory: Present complex technical concepts and future scenarios to the C-suite and Board of Directors in a clear, actionable format.
- Trend Monitoring: Establish a proprietary monitoring system to track global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and test concepts for future products or services to validate viability before full-scale launch.
- Culture Building: Champion a forward-thinking culture that encourages experimentation and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, Blockchain, AR/VR) and their business applications.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize large amounts of data and market research into actionable insights.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-level executives.
- Future-Oriented: A proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and pivoting strategies accordingly.
