Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ funding
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record commercializing quantum/AI/biotech innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and ethical AI governance
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
