- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Design strategic blueprints for digital transformation in Fortune 500 partner ecosystems
- Produce executive-ready future-state reports with actionable recommendations
- Curate cross-industry innovation labs and thought leadership summits
- Mentor next-gen futurists through Horizon's Future Leaders Program
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations with our R&D division
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in global enterprises
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology scenario development
