Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and network connectivity problems.
- Monitor system performance and address any anomalies immediately.
- Perform routine maintenance and inventory checks for IT assets on weekends.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
