Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic playbooks for 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present findings to boards and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (generative AI, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Experience guiding C-suite teams through transformational change
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Published research in innovation or futures journals
