Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Curate and lead executive workshops on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with demonstrated impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to influence C-suite executives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ impact projects
