Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual innovation forecasts for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech trends to business opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems and neurotech integration
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical innovation frameworks
- Oversee prototyping of next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech innovation launches
