Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with market convergence scenarios and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to executive teams and board members for investment decisions
- Maintain the Innovation Radar dashboard tracking 200+ emerging technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives across R&D pipelines for net-positive impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (journal articles, books, keynotes)
- Proficiency in innovation management platforms (e.g., Qmarkets, Spigit)
