Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, biotech, and AI convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite on emerging risk/opportunity landscapes
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable innovation frameworks
- Establish foresight metrics to track emerging technology adoption curves
- Author thought leadership on future of work and human-machine symbiosis
- Advise on ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500
- Proven expertise in emerging tech adoption lifecycle analysis
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI governance
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
