Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ strategic innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and scaling emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to inform corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops and hackathons to foster culture of experimentation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and exponential trends analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/DF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with scenario planning, trend mapping, and risk assessment methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
