- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build an internal 'Future Radar' system for continuous trend monitoring

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping
