Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market opportunities
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Strong network with futurist communities and technology thought leaders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
