Responsibilities

- Produce scenario analyses and whitepapers on emerging risks/opportunities (e.g., AGI governance, climate tipping points)
- Design human-centered frameworks for responsible AI deployment and neuro-technology integration
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify 2026 market-ready innovations
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary Horizon Foresight Methodology™
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces, or quantum computing
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published author in foresight publications (e.g., Future Journal, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Fluency in at least one strategic modeling software (e.g., AnyLogic, Stella)
