Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and societal shifts impacting business landscapes through 2030
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI for quantum, AR, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with portfolio optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Published author or speaker at events like TED, Web Summit, or CES
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
