- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Present future-vision briefings to investors and board members
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers and industry keynotes
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (AI, Web3, biotech, or quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and scenario modeling methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Track record of driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
