Job Description
We are looking for a strategic visionary to lead our organization toward the technological landscape of 2026. As the Head of 2026 Innovation Strategy, you will define our long-term roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt the market and drive our growth.
In this role, you will move beyond current tech stacks to explore the next generation of innovation. You will be responsible for ensuring Aether Dynamics remains at the forefront of the industry by anticipating future needs and building the necessary infrastructure to support them.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology and innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Green Tech.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and scale high-potential innovations.
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to foster innovation.
- Advise the C-suite on future tech trends and potential risks.
- Manage a budget dedicated to R&D and experimental projects.
- Build a culture of innovation within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or executive management.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, specifically looking 3-5 years into the future.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market shifts and technological capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into actionable business strategy.
