Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with our 2026 business objectives and technological advancements.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Oversee the development of AI ethics guidelines and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers to foster innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve in AI innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or artificial intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing complex systems that handle high-volume, high-velocity data processing.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience in implementing AI solutions in regulated industries (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech) is highly preferred.
