Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and anticipates future trends up to the year 2026.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead the digital transformation of legacy systems, ensuring scalability and interoperability for the next decade.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering and product team focused on innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- R&D Oversight: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to determine their feasibility for our 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast technology trends relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Leadership: Proven success in driving digital transformation initiatives.
