- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify, evaluate, and prototype high-potential technologies that will provide a competitive advantage for Apex Digital Innovations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future technologies to C-suite executives and investors, translating technical possibilities into business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into current product pipelines.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and engineers passionate about the next frontier of technology.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to ensure our 2026 strategy remains resilient and adaptive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and create actionable strategies from abstract concepts.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) and their future trajectories.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of navigating uncertainty and leading through change in a fast-paced environment.
