Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning tech goals with business objectives.
- Architect enterprise-grade solutions integrating next-generation AI and predictive modeling.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum, Web3, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Define technical standards and best practices to ensure future scalability and security.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical trends into actionable business strategies.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-ready, high-performance platforms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of long-term strategic planning with a 5+ year horizon.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and decentralized network protocols.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
