Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan that aligns technological advancements with business objectives.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects that explore emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate potential technological risks.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence across all engineering and product departments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technology strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members with clarity and conviction.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-level or VP of Engineering/Strategy capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies that have driven business growth and market expansion.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade at the executive level.
