Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and patience.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during high-pressure situations.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required (We train!)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if applicable).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
