Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets with a focus on resolution speed.
- Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and security updates on weekends.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
