Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating new technologies (e.g., Neural Architecture Search, Reinforcement Learning) to improve system performance.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models for production environments, focusing on inference speed and resource efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the technical vision and deliverables for the 2026 Initiative.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering production-ready solutions.
