Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of our core AI infrastructure specifically designed for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the deployment, optimization, and maintenance of large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver breakthrough capabilities.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, security, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and distributed systems to ensure our technology remains competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
- Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
