Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech research centers
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends
- Manage a $10M innovation incubator fund for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on 2025-2030 technological convergence points
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI safety, and neurotech
- Experience with patent strategy and IP monetization for emerging tech
